Boardwalk and Baseball- Circus World Haines City, FL Baseball-related theme park including big-top circus building, restaurants, sideshows, animal display areas and gift shops	Darryl's Restaurant on International Drive Orlando, FL 8,600 sq.ft. themed restaurant - one of the first restaurants on International Drive (I-Drive) in Orlando's world-renowned tourist corridor
Pirates Dinner Adventure off International Drive Orlando, FL 60,000 sq.ft. themed dinner theater seating 600 people. The theater is enclosed with an acrylic dome that houses pirates ship on the water. This building also Includes themed retail spaces.
