With over five million square feet of industrial space constructed in Florida, Kelsey is an expert in warehouse, distribution and office/service center facilites. Primarily tilt-wall construction, these facilities can be multi-story, dock-high or on-grade with rear-load, front-load and cross-dock capabilities. They often include tenant build-outs.
