As a result of Kelsey quality and efficiency on various types of "shell" construction Projects, more often than not Owner's clients ask us to coordinate and manage their Tenant build-outs, including extensive high-end finishes. Build-to-suit Projects are also a result of Kelsey quality and efficiency. Further, Kelsey Construction is very experienced with extensive renovation and selective demolition work in existing facilities.
