Kelsey Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and -operated company. For four generations, the Kelsey family has committed to having principal involvement in every project. This devotion by the Kelsey principals is the foundation of the company's philosophy, and the driving force for over eight decades of success. Today, as Kelsey Construction manages jobs for regional clients throughout Central Florida and the Southeast, we still believe this hands-on commitment is the best way to ensure the excellence our clients have expected of Kelsey since 1920.

Kelsey recognizes that clear and effective communication, through the use of the most up to date technology available, is the backbone to a successful project. Over the years, Kelsey Construction has continued to streamline its operations, using technology to improve both cost-efficiencies and product. Meanwhile, by controlling overhead and bringing in competent, proven people, Kelsey contains the costs that can quickly overrun budget projections.

SAFETY - OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY
Kelsey's Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is significantly better than industry standard. The low EMR we have earned and consistently maintained positively affects the bottom line of all projects involving Kelsey by providing us with lower Workers' Compensation insurance rates than our competitors.

Kelsey recently posted the 2003 OSHA form 300, stating there were 80,883 man hours worked without one single injury in the past year.

COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY

Over the years, Kelsey has raised funds for and participated in the Annual Cadillac Invitational, held in Lakeland, FL. This golf tournament raises money for The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and it is considered the premier amateur golf event for charity.

Kelsey has also historically participated in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) - the forum for commercial real estate.
